Marketplace collections need a little coordination, because the seller's availability is part of the plan. Agree a collection window with the seller, then send us the details.

Paying the seller
Agree with the seller how payment will be made before we collect. We do not carry cash payments for items.
Check the item
Confirm the dimensions and condition with the seller before booking, especially for appliances.
Limitations
We cannot inspect or guarantee the condition of an item you have bought from a third party.
How booking works

We review the details and come back to you with a quote. Ask about anything that is unclear.
Confirm the booking
Once you are happy with the quote, we agree the date and time with you directly.
Moving day
We arrive, load carefully, transport your belongings and unload them where you want them.

Do I need to be at the collection?
Not necessarily, but the seller must be there and must know we are coming. Share the seller's contact details with us if appropriate.
Can you pay the seller for me?
No. Please arrange payment directly with the seller before collection.
