About this service
We provide safe, secure transport for fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers and cookers. Appliances are heavy, awkward to grip and easy to damage, so we use the right equipment and straps to move them safely.
This service is often booked alongside marketplace purchases, kitchen refits and house moves.

Access, parking and timing
Disconnection
Appliances should be disconnected before we arrive. Gas and hard-wired appliances must be disconnected by a qualified engineer.
Washing machines
Drain the machine and, where possible, fit the transit bolts before moving.
Fridges and freezers
Defrost and dry freezers in advance. Manufacturers usually advise leaving a fridge to stand before switching on again; check your manual.
Limitations
We do not disconnect, plumb in or connect appliances, and we do not dispose of appliances as waste.

Frequently asked questions
Will you plumb in my washing machine?
No, we transport appliances only. Plumbing in or connecting gas or hard-wired appliances should be done by a suitably qualified person.
Can you move an American-style fridge freezer?
Usually, yes. Tell us its size and the access at both ends so we can plan the right number of people.
